- BSBrianna-Marie Sinker3 days ago1.0The service is always horrible, and my order is never ready on time when I mobile order, plus I give it 10 extra minutes from the time I scheduled pick up. Today however made me cackle, I ordered the turkey sub meal of the day and asked for spinach instead of lettuce, the lady gave me ONE piece of spinach on my sandwich plus one slice of turkey on the sub. I wish I was making the up but there’s a photo to show. Thursday 04/09/2026 pick up at 8:05. I understand if they’re out spinach for whatever reason but maybe communicate that to your customers so they can substitute something else, kind of ridiculous. Everytime it’s an issue here and it’s unfortunate because of the location and convenience.

Last weekend I called repeatedly to ask if the computer was working and I got a busy signal for over an hour. As a business owner myself, I say, do better! Needless to say, I will avoid going to this location in the future.
