  Jennifer was soo friendly and nice and welcoming and her customer service was the highlight of the experience. The food was good and the coffee was good and it's awesome that you can fill and refill your own hot coffee. The hot little hashbrown thingy that comes with the coffee was really good. It's in a pretty nice area too. Good value for the price.

  Jennifer truly represents what great customer service should be. Every time I visit, she is attentive, welcoming, and consistently goes out of her way to make customers feel valued. Her positive attitude is contagious—she’s always smiling, respectful, and patient, no matter how busy it gets. It’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in their work and treats every customer with genuine kindness. She makes the experience at this bagel shop that much better, and it never goes unnoticed.

  I went to get some bagels from Noah’s today which I do at least once a week. When I told the women working what bagel I wanted she told me “that it’s a premium bagel and that it’s an extra 99¢ are you sure you still want it?” I said yeah that’s fine, I always get the same bagels when I come here. She asked me again “are you sure you want them because I don’t want to get them and you decide wouldn’t want them when it comes time to pay.” I again said that’s perfectly okay and then she tells “well you seem like you would be upset by that and wouldn’t want them when I find out the price.” So when it comes time to pay I wanted to put my number in for the points and she said I just hit the cash payment and she no longer can put my number in. I don’t understand what I did for her to be so rude to me. Normally they’re very friendly but unfortunately not today.

  Jennifer sets the tone with her great smile and awesome personality by giving warm greeting and excitement for being there. Bagels are perfectly put together and coffee is excellent.

  I don't know her name, but the one black lady that works here is the epitome of good customer service. She is SO professional, always smiling, and she means business but doesn't sacrifice outstanding customer service to attain that. I love this location because of her, and I've been coming here for years so I should know her name by now, that's my fault. The food is fine, but the service from her is what keeps me coming back. :)
