- WAWyatt Atterbury1 day ago1.0They serve stuff off for front counter and forget about it. Bag was sitting for 5 full minutes and set aside with a small diet soda needing to be made and it was abandoned by the runner to bag other orders. Front counter should not have serve time targets because it encourages this behavior. This behavior is exactly why drive-thru switched to the sensor system for time targets and franchisee leaderboards. Front counter should be designed with its own serve keypad and screen so the serve button is only pressed when setting the bag/meal on the counter. Serve targets for front counter make employees serve ASAP and grab the receipt to serve from, leading to missed items and stuff set aside when the order is not actually done, while the visual cue of the screen is gone.

How often do you guys wipe down the order screens since nobody takes the order anymore inside. Without a soda fountain outside, we have to bother an employee for a refill. I love awkward situations like that. I'm not going to be shy about asking for a refill because I know what your profit margins are on them. I'm certain your staff was wonderful but I'm so removed from them. I don't have a clue. You have removed the service aspect and it feels soulless by fast food standard which I mean...
