  Why cant we park in the DUG while WE wait for our clients ORDERS ??? The service is terrible in the store unlike the DUG

  As a Uber picking up orders from VONS is so dumb how you are supposed to go inside the store wait infront by guest services for 10 minutes like a tard only to be ignored by employees while they HELP OUT THE DUG !!!! MAKE IT LIKE WALMART AND PARK IN THE DUG AND WAIT FOR YOUR ITEMS THERE .

  Francine Trujillo or Fancy? I’m not sure what I name heard fully but that woman needs to be fired or talked to about how to do her job right. I come her all the time to do my grocery shopping, and unluckily this last time I forgot my wallet in the cart. I came in a day later to pick it up and called in advance so they knew I was coming. When I showed up I asked the first worker where the customer service desk was or lost and found and it was Francine. We never asked for a manager nor gave her any kind of reason to give us attitude but she dismissed us right away with a rude tone and said she couldn’t help cause her manager is on break. My partner decided to speak up for me and tell her we didn’t need to wait for the manager because I called and said I was coming already and they let us know just to WALK OVER TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, and that they’d have it ready for me. We just needed to know where to go but she was still trying to dismiss us, and threatened to call the cops if we wanted to get assistance now because we were supposedly giving her a hard time for asking where to go? Im 8 months pregnant and don’t need to be dealing with an elderly woman taking her mood swings out on me or my partner. My partner ended up waking over to the desk we were asking to be directed, and with NO HESITATION the girl at the desk helped us and handed me my wallet!! As I was leaving the worker who actually helped us walked over with us to let Francine know the wallet was waiting for us and she could’ve just let us know us where customer service was, but she then tried to dismiss us all and say she wasn’t going to talk to any of us until the cops get there. I think that’s actually quite sad and unprofessional to have workers like that around. But I truly appreciate the other worker who helped out like they were supposed instead of trying to call the cops on a pregnant woman for wanting to know where customer service was, sadly I didn’t get to catch her name but shout out to her :)

  I finished shopping for Christmas on 12/23. Of course, the store is packed. The most annoying part was trying to maneuver around the many large pallets to be unloaded in many of the aisles. Can't that be done at night on these few occasions? I couldn't get near the signature brand turkeys for the 2 giant pallets parked in front of them. Most departments were the same. How are the employees supposed to unload everything safely with all the customers in the way? If employees were a bit grumpy, I couldn't blame them.

  If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. After a long, exhausting night at work, I stopped in to grab a few groceries before heading home. Despite the holiday crowds, I was able to find everything I needed without issue. What truly made my evening, though, was the wonderful interaction I had with the checker, Joshua. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely uplifting. His warm, charming approach—especially when sharing information about the donation bags for the hungry—made it nearly impossible to say no. Overall, it was a surprisingly pleasant and positive shopping experience, and I left in a much better mood than when I arrived.
