  California Health & Safety Code Violation #114079: Ordered double filet. When I took the first bite I noticed it only had one filet. Took it back to the counter. They returned it with an extra filet and gave it back to us. The young girl with long brown hair in a pony tail smirked when we tried to get our order fixed. Every table was dirty. NO ONE was cleaning. Even after it slowed down there were 4 people behind the counter talking and no one cleaning tables. Kiosk was malfunctioning. Wouldn't let us choose dine in. Then wouldn't take our Credit Card so we had to pay at the counter. They would not start our order until it was paid for. Had to then wait in a long line to pay before they would start it. This really bad. Should have gone to Jack-in-the-Box down the street. I see why this location has such a low overall rating from others.

  Wait times when ordering at the counter are extremely long. Seems understaffed, but the staff is friendly and corrects any issues.

  Treat this location as if it was ground zero for COVID .. all the employees seeme annoyed they showed up for work food takes forever and is never correct. Asked if I can order an iced vanilla coffee with light creamer and more coffee this is what I got. Also Make sure you get your receipt I haven't seen 1 in my last 3 visits

  Cashiers are nice and the wait is long but not as long as other McDonald’s that make you wait up to 25 minutes. They don’t give us what we ordered they miss food when we go inside to order. Sometimes we check and sometimes we don’t but don’t want to come back. Drive thru is better but sometimes we want to go inside.

  I went in for a late lunch with my family around 2:00 PM on Friday, 11/28/25. I noticed that the employee making the fries was constantly looking at her personal phone while preparing the food. This is not only unprofessional but also unsanitary. Handling food while using a phone can transfer bacteria and germs, which poses a health risk to customers. At one point, she stepped away from her station and began showing items on her phone to other employees: those bagging and placing meals on trays, as well as those prepping the food. I asked to speak with the manager to inform him that his employee was using her phone while working at the fries station. However, the manager didn’t seem bothered by the phone usage. He simply asked me if anything was wrong with my order. I repeated that it's unsanitary for employees to use their phones while prepping food. After our conversation, he went into the kitchen. I observed him speaking to his employees, and shortly afterward I overheard loud laughter coming from the back. I live in the area, but after this experience, I will not be returning to this McDonald's again.
