- RGRosanna G.Feb 11, 20263.0Ordered 3 chicken bowls and all of them were barely half full. Prices are higher, so paying more for less quantity. Rather than having them put salsa on my bowl, I asked for it on the side in a cup. She said they charge for this request. They never use to do this. Eventually she gave it to me at no charge. Also, not as friendly as prior experiences. Very disappointed and probably won't return to this Chipotle.

I requested to please keep it light on pinto beans Despite this, the employee added a large amount of beans while staring at me. When I politely said I had asked for light beans, she responded rudely and asked, “Do you want protein?” in an unpleasant tone. I said excuse me? And again her answer was ‘’what kind of protein do you want’’ I felt uncomfortable and chose not to push the issue, especially with a line behind me so I proceeded to finish my order and walk out feeling so stupid. I understand everyone has bad days, but customer service should remain respectful.
