- CJCata J.5 days ago4.0Food was good. Is it my imagination or has the chicken pieces gotten smaller at Pollo loco. I remember a couple years ago the piece chicken legs and wings looking little bit more plumpier. They seem very scrawny with just a couple of pieces of chicken meat inside. They taste good but the pieces look awfully scrawny. Also, the customer service sucks at some of the Pollo Loco's. I've been to several in different locations in Ventura county and all the staff seems like they hate their jobs. Most of them need a refresher in good customer service. Lastly, I ordered my food online so I could just go pick it up and I asked for a couple of extra salsas and and I didn't get what I requested.
