We rented the winter chalet and when we arrive at our chalet the fire wasn’t lit and there was burnt marshmallow all over our fireplace. I would expect higher standards from the four seasons. The food was good and the service was great but when I’m spending $ to rent the little space it should be cleaned and inviting

They took the time to share fun details about the space, including a giant chocolate Christmas ornament decoration valued at over $5K which really showed the level of creativity and care that goes into this world class experience. The service was exceptional without feeling overbearing, and everything we ordered was delicious — all of the appetizers were beautifully prepared and perfect for sharing. The soft lighting, comfortable bar seating, and overall atmosphere made it an ideal place to relax and socialize. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into both the ambiance and the guest experience. Would absolutely return and highly recommend stopping by, especially for happy hour.
