  We just left there on 04/04/2026 at 20:04 and the drive thru staff was terrible and rude the food was also bad

  The hostility I witnessed between employees towards each other and guests was so uncomfortable. Employees were loudly yelling at each other and immediately getting argumentative with guests asking for assistance. The dining room was practically empty but the way the associates were acting, you'd think it was lunch rush with a skeleton crew. Even in those situations, I've never witnessed anything this embarrassing. The atmosphere was toxic.

  Food was good. I love the service from this location. The staff are always so kind and we never have any mistakes with our orders.

  I am more understanding when it’s a hot day because I get it but I went to this McDonald’s with my kids and Michelle the manager had horrible attitude when I didn’t have change and had to pay with a $100 bill but I apologized for not having change and I said thank you with a smile when she gave me my change and she just looked at me so angry and didn’t respond. Other than that the other employees were great they even apologized for her attitude when they didn’t have to.

  Service is fine but my god the fries are always terrible idk what to say. Each time I’ve given this place a second chance I always remember why I go to the Yucaipa blvd one instead. Embarrassing, the workers are hit or miss sometimes okay service other time it’s trash.
