  Incompetent workers. Lack of common sense. Poor problem-solving skills. I offered them a simple solution but they were too busy listening to themselves explaining their error multiple times. Making mistakes is not the issue. The issue is completely ignoring a simple fix and remaining hyper-focused on why a mistake happened. Annoyed, I opted for a much simpler solution and simply cancelled the order and got my money back. Surprisingly, they understood that at least lol.

  Pay attention! Been going there for years, New management charges random prices and admitted to overcharging me. When I asked for a reason, I was told that it’s because their employees were caught stealing from them… charged me $17 for a footlong that costs $12.79 at every other Subway

  Check your food when you order online literally everything i ordered was wrong. Even the kind of chips I ordered

  It was New Year's Day so I wondered if Subway was open before I walked there from the hotel. I went to Subway on Google maps and it said... "Open"... So I clicked on hours and it listed the "open" hours... And then it said New Year's may MAY affect these hours. So it was still New Year's Day and I still wondered if Subway was open before I walked all the way there... from the hotel. yeah oh yeah

  The staff is great, the food is better, the price is slightly higher I believe compared to other location because of high Calabasas rent but other than that, it's a great place to eat.
