  I really wanted to support this local spot and gave them multiple chances before writing this, but I’m officially done since my last meal here was a disaster. I experience hair in my Sausage McMuffin, the fries were cold and stale, and the meat tasted completely off—the chicken specifically had a very unpleasant, "gamey" taste. Between this place and the Jack in the Box across the street, save your money and go elsewhere. Erewhon and Albertsons are right there for you!

  I’ve been coming to McDonald's here is calabasas for quite some time now, and I’ve got to say the customer service here is top tier. The team is always friendly, the orders come out on time, and the food is fresh every visit. This location stays clean and organized, which makes it an easy stop whether you’re grabbing something quick or taking a short break. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. If you’re in the Calabasas area or just passing by, definitely stop in and grab a bite.   I never have a good experience here. I used the drive through with a mobile order late at night last month..I got older Mexican lady who never stopped frowning. She did not get my order correct. The App sucks. You would think a company as big as McDonald's would have an effective app. I had trouble again last Saturday when the app refused to let me enter my curbside pickup space. I was directed to go inside to get my order. I guess I did not get there fast enough from motel..half a block away. There was no record of my order inside. I brought up the app and hit order summary and there was no order number....in the order detail. I had already paid for it. So... I had to go to my email to get the order number. After a long wait..I finally got my order when a staff member threw the bag at me without asking me if I needed something. I did want catchup but she walked away after throwing my food at me. I waited a long time for someone to come to the counter. Many people were waiting...then I noticed catchup in a bin on the counter. I grabbed a few and left. I dislike the rude staff at this location.
