  Extremely rude manager asked if I was a customer when I asked for a drink refill, then asked to see my receipt to make sure 30 minutes hadn’t passed. When I showed manager Maribel my receipt she looked at me with anger. I thought it was a joke. I go here weekly and spend hundreds a year here easily. They have lost my business.

  Paid $2 extra for ranch bc I really wanted ranch with my meal. I figured since it was an extra charge, the mcstaff would be sure to include ranch in my order. Waited in my car for about 15 minutes, finally got my food, 50 purpbillion ketchup in the bag, no ranch

  McDonald’s na Las Virgenes Rd v Calabasas je pohodlné miesto na rýchly obed alebo občerstvenie počas dňa. Jedlo je pripravené rýchlo a vždy chutí tak, ako očakávate – klasické burgre, hranolky aj nápoje. Obchod je čistý a upravený, s dostatkom miesta na sedenie, a personál je milý a ochotný. Vhodné pre rodiny, jednotlivcov aj rýchle zastavenie na ceste.

  This store was garbage I went with the lads and then they proceed to not give us the food after some half brain dad was crashing out cause he didnt get his 3% cupon then he proceeds to make the workers reset the machines to order. Us thinking that we were going to recive our food we waited 30 mins and then proceed to never give us the said food. and then after waiting some time I go up to the worker that doesnt speak english and I ask for a refund/or my food but then they proceed to tell me that "I need a recipt" but I they dont get one cause it comes out when the food comes out so I try to explain it to the worker behind the counter and then they say "Hold on" Then proceed to give me 20 dollars less of food and give me a 10 mc nugget and a large fry instead of the Flieo fish diet coke 10 mc nugget large frys and a ice cold Dr P and My lad I was with proceeded to order the same exact meal. But then I tried to explain it to the worker but they said i needed a recipet and then I just went and cried in my room after this horrible experience.

  La comida estaba bien preparada. El servicio no fue lo que esperaba. Pedí para recoger en curbside, sin embargo, al llegar por mi pedido en la app decía que pasara a mostrador, acudí a mostrador y claramente vi que estaban terminando de empacar el pedido, ni siquiera habían servido la soda. Tardé bastante tiempo para que se acercara alguien al mostrador, cuando se acercó una persona, me dijo que mi pedido se había cancelado en la app, que revisara mi correo, sin embargo, yo no recibí alguna notificación y el cargo en la tarjeta era correcto, le mostré que no había recibido correo y la app solo decía pasar a mostrador, no daba alguna otra opción, después de varios minutos me entregó la orden. La empleada mencionó que yo había llegado 15 minutos después de haber hecho el pedido, lo cual me pareció extraño, he llegado mucho después de ese tiempo a otras sucursales y siempre está mi pedido. Mi comida se enfrío. Además el pedido se hizo a las 6:32 pm, yo llegué al restaurante a las 6:41 pm, es decir, 9 minutos después de hacer la orden. Subo la pantalla de mi recorrido de ese día, solo para que se observe todo el tiempo que demoré en recoger un pedido que era para que me lo acercaran al vehículo. Y subo la pantalla del correo recibido para que se observe el horario. Es incómodo que el personal quiera culpara al usuario cuando el problema sea de la app o de ellos mismos, además mi pedido era con recompensas y un deal, no es que la franquicia se vaya a bancarrota por entregar un pedido de 5 dlls.!
