I asked for a cup of water, and the cashier replied sarcastically with a bad attitude , “It’s for water, right?” — as if assuming I was going to get another drink from the fountain. I told my brother about it, and he said the same cashier had made a similar comment to him before. I think it’s really wrong to assume customers are doing something dishonest. I order water ALWAYS because I don’t like fountain sodas, not because I’m trying to take another drink. I regularly go to Chipotle and have never experienced something like this before, so this was disappointing. I don’t think it’s appropriate to say this kind of stupid comments to the customers.
