- AТамара ГулинаMar 7, 20264.0I like this café chain because you can build your own bowl and choose exactly what you want. It’s a convenient and customizable option for a quick meal. Everything today was fresh and hot, and overall quite tasty. The only downside for me was that the food was pretty spicy. I understand that Chipotle Mexican Grill is a Mexican-style restaurant and the flavors are meant to have some heat, but it would be nice to have more mild options for people who don’t enjoy spicy food. When we visited, one employee was serving customers and another was restocking the counter, so a line started to form. On weekends it might be helpful to have a few more staff members working. Overall it was still a good experience.

Completely unapologetic and refused to give an estimated time to when protein would be ready. I announced to the line they were out of protein, and unsurprisingly the entire line walked out.
