  Everyone is very friendly. I'm so proud of then for always doing their best. I'm kind of awkward and shy, and I get really excited sometimes. I was bouncing and moving my hands while smiling big, and I wasn't treated like less or given a strange judgmental look. That made me happy. The food thus far has always been delicious and the place has been clean. Thank you for your effort at Subway. You're awesome.

  A young man under your employment is the politest, most gracious, most professional employee there. For give me, I don't know his last name. His first name is Travis. The man is always busy and knows most your clients by name. Tell him Dan is very thankful for his professionalism

  I had an issue with one sandwich I placed the order online and there were bell peppers on it,my grandson is very picky.tried to speak the the people working about it all he could say is well I put it together how it says,no offer to remake it or remedy it at all to me he was rude and not helpful at all.Also tried to call before going in and hot there and was told their phone doesn't work and that everything's falling apart.worse subway I have ever been to and I did let them know that.the girl was ok gave us coupons that I wont use as I dont plan on going back.my protein wrap is just chicken and lettuce and cheese,I could have made it better at home and cheaper.

  First no one was in the lobby when we showed up Travis was in the back cleaning Your employee rocky was in her car hanging out when I walked in she quickly followed after. I was explaining to Travis that i was here for our order. Back story my wife placed an online order and we were charged for it. Showed up to pick it up and it’s no where to be found. She claims it never came through that the internet crashed. Shows online that it was picked up. Money is out of my account. She was very unprofessional raising her voice and flailing her hands and arms with excessive amounts of attitude. So i asked for it to be remade. And had to pay again. Will include my order ect. She snapped at me when i ordered the sub of the day but added extra protein a 1.50 extra telling me that’s not a meal of the day that’s a deluxe sandwich. Travis was professional and polite. Im not sure what her issue is and why she was rude but management really needs to train employees on customer service. I get people are people and we all have bad days but to get so confrontational and come off so rude is enough reason for me to not want to return.
