RAVI refused and said the sandwich had to be made exactly as ordered online. When I asked about a refund, RAVI told me to handle it online. After I asked if we could just make the sandwich, RAVI made me wait while three other customers ordered even though my order was already placed. When the sandwich was started, RAVI heated the onions with the meat. I asked if the onions could be added after heating, and RAVI then refused to make my order at all. I was on my lunch break and just wanted a quick, peaceful meal. Instead, the interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessarily negative
