  This restaurant has been remodeling for awhile but now is open. The inside looks nice but has a club vibe with very loud music, tvs and lighting. It was hard to talk to anyone in there. We sat at a booth and the bench side is super low while the chairs are high up. We ordered a few appetizers from the Happy Hour menu and a few entrees. Service was a bit spotty. I sat in the main dining room and at 6pm despite the full parking lot, it was not that busy inside. Later we saw many big groups going to the outdoor patio which can only be accessed from outside. The appetizers were served at the same time as the mains which was disappointing. I ordered the sampler which at the happy hour price was a bowl of fries, 3 onion rings and 2 mozz sticks. I also ordered the tavern burger which was tasty with many strong flavors. I felt the portions were inconsistent - comparing the burger, chicken tenders and pizza.

  District Tavern exceeded every expectation! The food was absolutely excellent and every dish was flavorful and perfectly prepared. The drinks were spot on, crafted with care and balance. And the atmosphere? Just terrific , lively, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great night out. Can’t wait to come back!

  My wife and I stopped by for a late afternoon drink and a meal on Sunday. Our server was lovely - attentive but not overbearing. Although they don't have mocktails on the menu, the server/bartender happily made me a concoction based on the flavor profile I mentioned. My wife had a Lemon Drop and enjoyed it. For food, we had the devilled eggs, quinoa salad and poke bowl and they were all very good. It was nice, at a tavern, to have the option of some food on the fairly healthy side when your not feeling like burgers or fish and chips. It was hard to get a sense of the vibe of the place because we were there when it was mostly empty(being a Sunday afternoon)...the only negative I could mention was that the music was just kind of generic house/pop that doesn't (for me, anyway) create a welcoming or cool energy. Otherwise, it was a great experience and we will definitely return!

  So happy I found this place. A great new addition to Burbank. Their back patio is massive and dog friendly. Our server was incredibly nice and always checking on us despite us being the only ones on the patio that night while inside was busy. The inside had a very classy vibe. Nice bar area. More importantly, the prices were reasonable, the food was absolutely delicious and there are tons of tvs for sports fans.
