  401 S Glenoaks Blvd Unit 103, Burbank, CA 91502 is excellent service with 5 stars in all 3 categories from me but I want customers to know that I highly recommend for no one to order any food and drinks at this other Subway 101 N Victory Blvd in Burbank, CA 91502 because I have never have had this awful experience before anywhere until now. I walked in Subway to the register at approximately 6:00 PM for my takeout order. Waited 10 minutes at the register for my sandwich. I could see my name printed on the receipt sticker to subway paper sack across the counter behind the register close by. When the lady employee walked up to register, I asked her for my 6" Turkey Sandwich for Gene Donley. She refused. Instead she wanted to ring up a order made after me for a customer who didn't have a order before me and also for more customers who did not place a order yet. Then, I immediately walked out of Subway at approximately 6:10 PM without my takeout order. I requested a refund online before I submitted this review.   My husband and I had a great experience at this Subway! The ingredients are fresh and tasty, and the customer service was great! Marina was very friendly and she made our sandwiches exactly how we wanted them. She even checked in to ask if we were enjoying our sandwiches. Our positive experience made our sandwich taste 10x better!!! Overall, we are satisfied with both the service and the quality of the food!
