  Very poor service from the very start. I ask for a specific order and was treated with DISRESPECT and ATTITUDE. Everyone is very helpful. Except for that one immature girl with the purple hair. I am very disappointed with my service and my food. I spent extra money on extra cheese , there was merely any. I ask asked for extra sauce and they never fail to disappoint. I am very tired of poor communication between the staff and their employees. Get another job.

  Stayed in Burbank for the weekend and decided to order pizza from this location and was very disappointed. Ordered (2) 3 topping pizzas and one of them was barely luke warm and seemed old and kind of dried out. This was my experience and my experience only. Maybe I’ll give it another shot someday.

  I usually don’t go out of my way to leave a review, but this experience seriously deserved a shoutout. I ordered a couple of pizzas & everything came out looking & tasting way better than expected! My customize Super Supreme Stuffed Crust Pizza was absolutely loaded with toppings: pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, green peppers, onions & chunks of seasoned chicken. Every slice had a perfect balance of flavors & nothing felt skimpy. The veggies were fresh, the meats were flavorful & the cheese had that perfect melt without being greasy. You can tell they didn’t rush it at all. My second stuffed crust pizza kept was a simple classic cheese with crispy, savory bites of sausage scattered across the top. The cheese was golden & slightly bubbly, with just the right amount of browning for that extra flavor. Sometimes just sticking to the classics is best & this experience proved it. The crust on both pizzas really stood out, as it was soft & fluffy on the inside with a slightly crisp, golden exterior. It held everything together without getting soggy, even with all those toppings. I usually save the crust for last where I don’t even eat it at all, but this experience was an exception due to the indulgence of cheese stuffed inside (Mmm, best for last). Even grabbing a slice later, it still tasted fresh & satisfying. That’s always a good sign. Overall, this was one of the better pizza experiences I’ve had in a while with great portioning, great flavor & clearly made with love. Definitely earned a full 5 stars from me! I’ll be coming back again for sure!

  BASIC I hadn't eaten at a Pizza Hut in over 30 years. Well on this day I was reminded of why I never went or won't ever go back. It was the food and not the service that was BASIC. Those chicken wings have absolutely NO flavor, if they didn't put whatever kind of sauce that you choose, on it. You HAVE to season the meat, No its ands or buts
