  I go to this store 3 times a week and each time the Bakery ladies refuse to even acknowledge me. It’s like I’m invisible and then when they do they act like it’s my fault “well, we don’t have any clerks!” Worst customer service ever. It’s no my fault you’re understaffed - but you have one lady standing 4 feet away from me putting slices of cake into plastic containers who refuses to stop for a minute to bag me up a loaf of bread. Must be nice to be so unaccountable- I’d get fired at my job for far less than the nasty and surly attitude from this clique

  It's more than refreshing to know these people at this store go beyond their duties to help and assist people in need. This morning, my wife just finished shopping and trying to get in her car, but left locked out of her car in the parking lot as her key fob to the car was not working, as she was struggling to get the key fob to work and still not able to get it to work.. This gentleman was walking by her, he stopped and helped her to get in the car and drive home safe by carefully assessing the situation my wife was in, carefully opening the key fob apart and showing my wife a small stick of key that's in the key fob which can enable my wife to manually gain access into the car. And somehow the key fob became functional again, thus the problem solved. My wife asked for his name, told his name is Joseph who works at the store. She was so moved and grateful for the help she has received from Joseph, she urged me to write this story to express our appreciation for his kindness and willingness to help others without any reservation. She mentioned that it's too bad she's retired from her business now, but if she was still doing her business, Joseph would been the first to be hired, if she's that lucky. Thank you Joseph!!

  Location has been great to me. Prices are a bit too high and the produce is not always the best quality but the deli is great.

  Shout out to the bakery department for making a beautiful cake! I asked for color changes for a berry-themed-birthday and they went above and beyond to add cherry swirls and perfect color combos. (All I had to do was add the berries!) Thank you so much! 🍓
