  The food and drinks are overall very solid and the service is good, my only issue is that for some reason every time I've gone to this location it always smells of stale sweat at certain tables. All the steak dishes are always great though, and the shark that comes with that one drink is awesome

  Joyce provided exceptional service—attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. She anticipated our needs without being intrusive and made sure everything was just right. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly elevated our dining experience. Highly recommend asking for Joyce!

  I had a wonderful dinner. Food was great service was amazing. Our seever Joyce was great and we loved the spinach dip she suggested. The manages even pass by the table and checked on us, i believed it was Dayana and Natalia. All the staff seemed pretty friendly. We'll be coming back to the Burbank Outback.

  My good childhood friend and I ate a late lunch slash early lunch there today at around 5 pm ish . We were seated shortly and had a good waitress who was attentive and friendly. The Latin x guy with the white spot near his cheek was kinda cute. He had caught me staring at him lol . I ordered the filet mignon and a grilled lobster tail. The steak was cooked medium rare so perfectly!

  Food? Solid. Steak cooked right, no complaints there. That part of Outback still knows what it’s doing. Service? Absolute train wreck. We got seated and then just… sat there. Long enough to watch another server fully reset a table, seat a new group, take their order, and get their drinks out before we even made contact with our waitress. My wife finally had to get up and ask the hostess to send someone over like we were trying to flag down help in the wilderness. Enter Gloria. She shows up already annoyed, like we personally inconvenienced her by existing. One-word answers, zero warmth, just going through the motions. Checked on us once, barely. The weird part? Watching her be overly friendly and chatty with other tables while acting like we were a problem she couldn’t wait to be done with. Look, I’m not expecting five-star fine dining service at Outback. But basic attention and not acting irritated that your table needs… a server? That’s not a high bar. Food saved this from being a 1-star review. But there’s not enough die-hard Outback loyalty left in the world to justify service like that. Fix the front of house, because the kitchen is doing its job.
