  Terrible service, especially from one person. I don't know if she's the manager or something, but on two occasions the service has been awful. The first time, I was about to get my food and she started speaking aggressively. She told me, "Stop, stop, don't take anything, don't take something that isn't yours, leave it there." It was the only food there, and the guy had mentioned my number. After arguing with her and asking if she thought I was going to steal things, I took my food, and she just stood there unfairly scolding the guy. And today I went again, and she served me. I bought a hamburger but forgot to get extra fries and nuggets. She served me as if she were being forced to, not as part of her job. I paid for the fries and nuggets and waited for more than half an hour, and they still hadn't given me my fries and nuggets while people who bought after me were getting their food. Finally, I asked her why it was taking so long, and she told me she canceled it because she thought I no longer wanted what I ordered. I don't understand how she came to that conclusion. I had already paid, and even if I hadn't wanted what I ordered, she hadn't refunded my money.

  Every time I order coffee at this location the warm coffee is cold and when I have ordered iced coffee they didnt add any sugar without communicating why.

  Don't order online, whoever packs orders is on a spree. I mistakenly gave them a second chance. Time for a new staff.

  I don’t submit reviews often. I came here to get a quick meal as it was late and I need to get home and get to bed for work tomorrow. I was waiting about 15 minutes to get my meal, and getting a little frustrated. The crew came out and apologize for the wait and offered me a free drink or french fries which I declined. I was really appreciate it on their acknowledgment of the delays and their efforts to make it right. For that reason I gave him five stars.
