8/28/25: Had two 10 piece wings. Boneless plain (good, tastes and looks like nuggets), classic plain (I thought it would be like fried chicken but it's just a plain boring wing, so don't get again), hot lemon (don't get again, tastes artificial), hot honey (this one's decent though you can tell they don't use actual honey but just sugar and artificial flavor).

Hate this place. They’ve messed up my order multiple times. We went last night, got the 20 for 20 special with large ranch. and they only put one small ranch in there. Then we called and they said they remembered they put multiple ranches and after I repeatedly said there was only one and then they’re like “let me check with my manager and hung up” and i called back and the lady there was like “i told you i was gonna check with my manager” and i was like “so you needed to hang up?” and she’s like “well i needed to check” and i said “why’d you hang up though??” and she just said “come in 5 mins” and hung up again and at this point I’m extremely upset so I go and then she’s complaining still that she put them in there and I show her what I found in the bag. I was like “why would I lie about ranch?” and she’s like “a lot of people scam us so just double check your bag in the future” and I said “how about you double check it and make sure you’re giving me the right order” and she keeps repeating to double check it in the future and I said “well ima have to because you obviously don’t.” This lady had no plans of giving us the ranch we paid for. I didn’t even care about the ranch. The order was my girlfriend’s, it’s the absolutely horrendous response they gave me.
