Then we called and they said they remembered they put multiple ranches and after I repeatedly said there was only one and then they’re like “let me check with my manager and hung up” and i called back and the lady there was like “i told you i was gonna check with my manager” and i was like “so you needed to hang up?” and she’s like “well i needed to check” and i said “why’d you hang up though??” and she just said “come in 5 mins” and hung up again and at this point I’m extremely upset so I go and then she’s complaining still that she put them in there and I show her what I found in the bag. I was like “why would I lie about ranch?” and she’s like “a lot of people scam us so just double check your bag in the future” and I said “how about you double check it and make sure you’re giving me the right order” and she keeps repeating to double check it in the future and I said “well ima have to because you obviously don’t.” This lady had no plans of giving us the ranch we paid for. I didn’t even care about the ranch. The order was my girlfriend’s, it’s the absolutely horrendous response they gave me.
