Gloria, the manager, was speaking to an older gentleman in an extremely rude and belittling manner, right in front of a long line of customers. Instead of focusing on the busy line, she chose to single him out and criticize him harshly, making him feel small and embarrassed in public. It was difficult to watch, and honestly, my blood was boiling seeing the lack of respect and compassion she showed. No employee, especially an older gentleman who could be anyone’s father or grandfather deserves to be treated that way. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen her behave like this, either. I’m a regular customer, and whenever she’s working, I avoid ordering here because of how poorly she treats both employees and customers. The owner needs to take action immediately. Gloria’s behavior is unacceptable and harmful to both staff morale and customer experience. For the sake of the business and the dignity of the employees, she should be replaced.
