I asked to speak to a manager, and they told me she just took a 30 minute lunch, but I could wait... I asked, "30 minutes?... isn't she sitting in that booth behind me eating?"... She said, "could be,' and she walked away. I asked the manager for a refund and that it had been over 10 minutes... the manager said she was still on a break and I could wait 25 more minutes, and then she could help me. This is not a store that cares.
