BUT EAT'N PARK's is the BEST in BURBANK. so underrated. big breakfast burrito & extremely fair price. after tax $16 basically. order on their website before you leave. and it'll be ready in 15 min for you. sometimes less. (if dine in then possible wait time for table because restraunt seating will fill up throughout different parts of the day especially on their busy days) booths inside are quite comfortable too. they close at 1pm so if you snooze...you lose. PAUL and the rest of the staff real love what they do and love serving people quality food. a staple in the comminity of Burbank.

It was very pleasant to see That. The older man, idk if he is the owner or manager but he seemed to hate his job. All in all I liked it and would not only come back but recommend it, great find on tiktok

Very quick service and pleasant server. Food arrived promptly and as expected. Wasn’t busy on a late Monday morning. We dawdled for some time after finishing chatting with our son who we were visiting with no pressure at all to move on.
