My grandson absolutely loves this place! If he could eat here every day, he would. The food is always consistent and filling. This time, however, I got steak strip meat and there was grizzle in two pieces. That was the first time I had a not good experience here. My husband, grandson and grandson's girlfriend all highly praised their food.

HORRENDOUS. The last two meals tasted like they were bought at a discount supermarket and the ingredients were EXPIRED. Please change Chipotle. You used to be good!!

I only came to this location because it was the nearest to me. This was the last time at this location. Normally the line is about 20-30 minutes long because everyone is moving so slooooow. This was the first time I walked up to the counter. This review took place at 9pm on Tuesday. Nobody acknowledged me for a couple minutes. I waited. Finally someone asked me, "What did you want?" Not the best way to address a customer but I continued with my burrito order. Halfway through folding my burrito, another staff member (I'm guessing the shift manager)felt right then was the perfect time to fulfill her need to complain to the staff member serving me that she just had to finish figuring out another staff member's vacation schedule. Meanwhile all the food looked extremely old and was at the bottom of their bins. Everything needed a refresh, especially with 2 more hours of service to go. C'mon guys. It's a fairly simple operation.

Do not let the stock photos fool you. This location has been poorly managed for years. Every few months I try to give them another shot and every single time I'm let down. Absolutely filthy and disgusting. Today after I looked through the filthy glass and saw this I couldn't even bring myself to buy anything. This place needs to be shut down by the Board of Health Dept. 👎🏼👎🏼
PS. Do not reply with your bs automated general response. My review is to save other customers from wasting their money in hopes you all get shut down or change ownership.
can a franchise revoke its franshee if they fail to maintain certain level of standards?
Yes, a franchisor can revoke a franchise for a franchisee's failure to maintain certain standards, but there are strict legal protocols that must be followed. Franchise agreements are legally binding contracts that require the franchisee to adhere to the franchisor's system standards, which are in place to protect the brand's integrity and consistency across all locations.
Grounds for termination based on standards
Franchisors can typically terminate an agreement if the franchisee fails to meet specific, lawful requirements outlined in the contract. Common grounds for termination related to standards include:
Operational non-compliance: Failure to follow operational guidelines regarding customer service, product quality, or cleanliness can be a reason for termination.
Performance failures: Consistently failing to meet required sales targets or other performance benchmarks can trigger termination clauses.
Damage to brand reputation: Engaging in criminal activity or other misconduct that materially and unfavorably reflects on the franchise system's goodwill can be grounds for termination.
Health and safety violations: If a franchisee's operation poses an imminent danger to public health or safety, the franchisor may have grounds for immediate termination.

I’ve been to a lot of chipotles and this was the first one where the black beans were super spicy. I wasn’t able to finish my meal.
