We love coming to this location! The food is always fresh and they give good portions. Everyone is very kind. Dejah, in particular, is a ray of sunshine. She always remembers us, asks how we’re doing, and even when it’s busy she goes the extra mile so that folks feel like they’re connecting with people rather than getting rushed through a line. That personal touch is what makes this place great!

. I’m honestly really sad to say that I think I’ve lost CAVA — at least when it comes to this location.
My friends and I used to come here quite often, usually once every 10 days whenever we were in the area visiting Walmart or Costco. As someone who grew up on the Mediterranean coast, CAVA always felt like a refreshing taste of something familiar. I enjoy many of their locations — the one in Times Square, the one on Hollywood Boulevard, even the one in Beverly Hills (which you’d expect to be more expensive because of the location, but surprisingly isn’t).
A few weeks ago we had a similar situation when the restaurant had run out of feta cheese and pita bread. No one offered any kind of adjustment or even acknowledged that feta is actually a big part of the flavor of the bowl. Still, things happen — restaurants run out of items, and while it’s not ideal, I can understand that.
What I had trouble understanding during my most recent visit was something else entirely. I received a bowl with just a few pieces of lettuce and a very small scoop of rice. When I politely asked if a bit more could be added, I was told that an additional scoop of rice would cost $2.
It’s not about the $2. It’s the principle. When someone is already paying around $15 for a bowl, it feels strange to treat basic ingredients like lettuce and rice as if they’re premium add-ons. I completely understand charging extra for meat — it’s expensive and takes preparation. But rice?
What made the situation more noticeable is that the same thing happened to the guests behind us. They also commented that their bowls, without extra meat, chips, or drinks, ended up close to $20. There were even a few police officers sitting outside who happened to overhear the conversation and joined in, mentioning that policies like this make the experience feel like the brand is moving in the wrong direction.
I’m not mentioning or describing any employee here because I don’t want to cause problems for anyone personally. This is simply about the experience.
It genuinely makes me sad because I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time — I even reached SUN level in the rewards program. But moments like this make it feel as if customer loyalty matters less than squeezing out an extra couple of dollars.
Unfortunately, because of this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

I placed an online order for pickup and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
I ordered an avocado bowl, and the avocado was clearly spoiled. It was brown and mushy.I honestly don’t understand how something like that can be added to a dish without checking the quality first.
The lemonade was already poured when I arrived. After a few sips, I realized it had gone bad as well , it tasted like it had started fermenting!!
On top of that, the restroom was very dirty, which made the overall experience even worse.
I’m really disappointed and hope the restaurant improves its quality control and cleanliness.

I came in 2/24/26 at 1:48 not the usual location I come to because the employees have you waiting while they finish their conversations with each other for like 5 minutes. A kind black man helped me out this time with two kids pita. When it came down to the next employee who asked me for the toppings I asked if I can get some pita chips, every location AND online a kids pita comes with pita chips or the carrots they offer I always choose the chips :) she proceeded to tell me it doesn’t come with it which I had no problem with if they changed it so I asked if I can get some on the side 3x and she was very adamant with “it just doesn’t come with the chips” and “it never did” the person I was with then said “so she can’t do a order of chips” which I was willing to do since she said it doesn’t come with the chips anymore. Honestly the last time I’m returning to that location, does the food/ chips come out of the employees paycheck ?

Bowls were outstandingly amazing, shout out to Melany for her service was super nice, motivated, outgoing, and helped me choose what yummy stuff to get in my bowl. I will be returning pretty often because I love to gym and I’ve been looking for a source of protein and I didn’t like chipotle. Shoutout to my 4’10” manager monster. I see her putting in that work. When someone need help she’s there and when something’s need to be attended she’s quick on it. Besides her beautiful smile the food was outstanding. Love you pookie <3
