I was here at 7pm and they were out of the super greens, broccoli and cucumber sides. Previously they were out of garlic sauce, corn side, and the cucumber sides again. I don’t understand how they can be out of those items when they are open until 11pm. Today on 1/5, the cashier was very helpful and had great customer service, but first line server lady with black hair was not the best server and basically was chuckling every-time she had to tell us that they were out of items. Please give them more staff and resources. I really wouldn’t mind if they stopped the line for a few minutes to refill items. I just don’t understand how they can continuously be out of certain items during dinner time. Please send help.

Special shoutout to Wesam and De’jah, who were so kind and sweet when I showed up and assisted me in getting my order ready in very short notice and tailored to my needs. Truly one of a kind and please give them all the bonuses, raises and promotions, we need more people like them in this world. And guaranteed not only will I be back to eat here, but also thanks to this incredible service I have become an even more loyal customer of CAVA. The spicy lamb meatballs are always buttery and cooked at a perfect temperature. Other CAVA locations, the meatballs are always overcooked and dried out I feel, but not Burbank!
