  I rarely eat chipotle. Most of the time I stick to a vegetarian item, but sometimes I do want some sort of meat. Last time I went, I got a burrito with beef. Bad. Most of the meat was hard and gristle. I got grossed out, had to pick it out. The queso blanco was also not as fire as people make it seem. Not really against this specific store, more so in general. I will say though about this store, when I went to pick up my order I was ignored by the crew. I was standing there for a few minutes before being helped out by a girl who also seemed hesitant to want to help me but none of her coworkers did so she had to, I guess. Cmon guys this is Cali where we got better authentic Mexican spots for a cheaper price

  literally the WORST chipotle I have ever been to. TERRIBLE customer service, and I got food poisoning!!!!!!!!!

  Good food just too slow, customers don't know what they want take 20 minutes to get one bowl. Have one worker behind the counter making food and doing register while 20 other workers are in the back

  Walked in there for the last time tonight. Walked right out. I have attempted to get food there three times recently just after 10pm. They close at 11pm. The food station is always, ALWAYS barren. Nothing but crispy, gross bits of nothing left and am always told that’s it, they’re out of those items for the night. The cook was cleaning the grill at TEN FIFTEEN PM. Yall are open for a whole FORTY FIVE MORE MINUTES. I finally had the courage to say something to them about how ridiculous it is, to which this time I was finally offered the Online Order counters food supply that they hoard for online orders. FUNNY because I’ve been explicitly told they can’t take from that counters supply when I’ve asked before, but I guess when you cause a scene they will offer it. I have no idea why they prioritize online orders over people who make the effort to physically walk into the store. Oh yes I do. Money. They have to entirely refund online orders that are even a little wrong, so they hoard it to make sure those are good to go. Make it make sense. Won’t be returning to that location.
