  Very disappointed. The food was okay, but the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. No greeting, bad attitude, and no respect for customers. Customer service really needs improvement. I won’t be coming back.Its 7:19 pm just to owner find out who is your crows at this time and date is 02/17/2026

  Absolutely disappointed with the horrible service at Charley's Philly Steak today. My sister just wanted a Grilled Chicken Sandwich and the Fries, but we had to wait in line for what felt like forever. And when we were finally next in line, the couple in front of us took forever to decide what they wanted to order, we waited an additional 5 to 10 minutes to decide. I was ready to say something to the cashier but I didn’t want to cause a scene. The cashier did nothing to expedite the process and just stood there awkwardly waiting for them to decide. Why couldn't he have taken other people's orders while they made up their minds? It's just common sense. If it wasn't for my sister, I would have left and gone somewhere else. Employers really need to train their employees better. #disappointed #horribleservice #customerservicefail.
