I’ve been coming here for a couple of months at the beginning I loved it! As I went more and more they become more inconsistent with their food sometimes they would forget things or the food wouldn’t be that great. The brown rice is horrible it’s hard which made my bowl hard to eat. Next time I won’t be getting brown rice!

First time ever trying this place. Did the custom rice bowl. Wow, so good, different flavors and options. Filling to. Then to top it up for they have a large variety of lemonades. So good, will come again.

I live an hour plus out, and come here because I love Cava! I’ve only been here twice, and both times Sarah was here and she always has exceptional service! She’s a vibe and is super nice. Both visits there was another girl and I believe her name is Mckenna. Both times she has been nothing but rude. She doesn’t even acknowledge you, smile, or say a word. She puts things in your bowl with no passion and anger. I also, asked for pita crisps. There was none in their bowl, she went somewhere and came back saying there was none. As I see a whole tub behind her full of them?? She looks like she hates her life and this job. She looks miserable and my friends noticed as well. Other than her I had a great experience!

. I’m honestly really sad to say that I think I’ve lost CAVA — at least when it comes to this location. My friends and I used to come here quite often, usually once every 10 days whenever we were in the area visiting Walmart or Costco. As someone who grew up on the Mediterranean coast, CAVA always felt like a refreshing taste of something familiar. I enjoy many of their locations — the one in Times Square, the one on Hollywood Boulevard, even the one in Beverly Hills (which you’d expect to be more expensive because of the location, but surprisingly isn’t). A few weeks ago we had a similar situation when the restaurant had run out of feta cheese and pita bread. No one offered any kind of adjustment or even acknowledged that feta is actually a big part of the flavor of the bowl. Still, things happen — restaurants run out of items, and while it’s not ideal, I can understand that. What I had trouble understanding during my most recent visit was something else entirely. I received a bowl with just a few pieces of lettuce and a very small scoop of rice. When I politely asked if a bit more could be added, I was told that an additional scoop of rice would cost $2. It’s not about the $2. It’s the principle. When someone is already paying around $15 for a bowl, it feels strange to treat basic ingredients like lettuce and rice as if they’re premium add-ons. I completely understand charging extra for meat — it’s expensive and takes preparation. But rice? What made the situation more noticeable is that the same thing happened to the guests behind us. They also commented that their bowls, without extra meat, chips, or drinks, ended up close to $20. There were even a few police officers sitting outside who happened to overhear the conversation and joined in, mentioning that policies like this make the experience feel like the brand is moving in the wrong direction. I’m not mentioning or describing any employee here because I don’t want to cause problems for anyone personally. This is simply about the experience. It genuinely makes me sad because I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time — I even reached SUN level in the rewards program. But moments like this make it feel as if customer loyalty matters less than squeezing out an extra couple of dollars. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.
