  I’ve ordered from here before, but this time I placed a phone order for pickup and was really disappointed. I found a hair in my food, which is always very unpleasant and unacceptable, and it completely ruined the experience for me. I understand that mistakes can happen—we’re all human, not robots—but please be more careful with food preparation and hygiene so this doesn’t happen again.

  Ordered the chicken melt and pastrami sandwiches, both with garlic fries, and both were delicious! I ordered both with the in-house bread and it was well worth it. I highly recommend this place to anyone who comes across this review.

  Really but a fan of beef products. BUT, in this case Baked has changed my mind. I don’t know how they season the meat but I now CRAVE the Baked Philly sandwich! I’m glad they’re not too close because this could easily get out of hand for me. Small footprint, friendly atmo and good service. I personally am working my way thru the menu. But you, wherever you are, you must try BAKED.
