  So dang slow the last couple times I've been (have tried drive through and going in). They need more staff.

  Would not recommend coming here and doing a mobile order. They will give you attitude for no reason and will forget to give you your full order. The lady talking at the speaker was mad because the screen didn’t show the correct order and glitched. I confirmed my order name and items and it was fine but the screen showed otherwise and because she asked me if it was correct and I said no she kept making it a big deal but I said if my order items are matching what I ordered if I can just pull up to the window it’s okay if the screen glitched and she kept nagging about “I don’t know why your saying it doesn’t match on the screen” she didn’t understand me and at the window I was ignored and asked if everything was okay and still got ignored. When I drove off they screamed saying it was correct on the screen :/ I got home and my order was missing some items. Plus my Crunchwrap was made poorly all due to her own mistake. I deal with shitty food. Just don’t go here unless you wanna tell people how to do their job. I contacted HR because I tried calling for my refund but they didn’t even pick up the phone and I don’t feel comfortable going back to this location if that’s how they act.

  Pathetic, cheap Taco Bell. Always skimping on portions and up charging. Please do better and stop robbing your customers with half portions. Embarrassing!

  Messed up with my order ice cold nacho fries and missing cheese dip ,order 2 cheese bean and rice burritos with add lettuce and onions charged but not in the burritos really disappointed ☹️
