- SDSubhi DilawariOct 24, 20251.0Just came in for sandwich the lady is super rude and have a bad attitude. Can't belive it.. will not be coming back in this store if she is serving. Her name is Fabula.. its 12:50pm and her topping are not even out. I ask her for the soup , she gave me half cup soup , which was cold , I asked to fill it up. She denied and ask me not to buy it , she can eat it later .. ridiculous.

- LFLandie FloramJul 31, 20251.0PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The worker there Itzel it's so short with her answers. I submitted my order online and it has extra cucumbers, she put 5!!!! On a Footlong!! I mentioned that I had requested extra, she said I did, umm it only has 5 slices.... she said it only comes with 4 slices.... so the 5th slice was my "extra" are you freaking kidding me??!!!! I asked for vinegar and she gave me like 1 squirt for a freaking FOOOTLONG SUB!!! These sandwiches are not cheap, but this freaking store is ridiculous I AM DONE WITH THIS PIECE OF TRASH RESTAURANT . They need to teach Itzel some good customer service training, that's for sure. P.S. This happened to me not only once, I was just given them the benefit of the doubt. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
