  Chili cheese dogs was amazing! good Chicago dog, good Cheese burger, good strawberry shortcake! 10/10! We were in the area visiting family during the holidays and were told to check it out! so glad we did, wish we had one in Reno, NV!!!

  Incredible food in massive servings for their price. Service is friendly, the interior is large enough that even with crowds it never feels noisy, fun prohibition-era decor, and I must again impress that the food comes with a lot. I enjoyed the cheddar and beef croissant, and enjoy the italian sausage sandwich as well.

  A nice taste of home that brings me back to my Chicago suburb roots. Famous hot dogs, classic crinkle-cut cheese fries, breaded chicken sandwich, and a shake are my go-to selections. Love the drive thru service and attentiveness of the runners. Happy this experience still exists.

  If there is an option to leave a zero star, I would leave this review. But unfortunately, there’s not. This was a very poor experience this evening. Purchased over $160 worth of food. Was missing their iconic combo Italian beef and sausage sandwich brought my receipt to the manager made him aware that the sandwich was missing. He said he was going to remake it. Waited over 15 to 20 minutes with the rest of my food sitting at the table. And haven’t had it received so i’ve went back to the counter and made them aware what’s going on, and the manager told me that he prepped a sandwich himself and left it on the tray when I received my order and thought that I was lying to him. So I went ahead and purchased another sandwich. Promised a 10 minute cook time that was not accurate. Waited over 25 minutes for that sandwich. Received it as soon as I sat down could not enjoy it from the frustration and a cake shakes that I received were pure liquid very poor consistency. Made them aware about that, and they were upset by remaking it. As I finished my meal, I made them aware that this was a very poor experience, and I was unsatisfied on the way I got treated and served and on the quality and missing items that I’ve received Manager told me have a good night and did nothing about it! I’d really think twice if I was you to attend a meal at this establishmen!

  6th or 7th visit over as many years. Usually 4 stars food and service, tonight tho..... it was bad. 2 beef bowls, which were packed in the bag sideways, drained juice all over the bottom of the bag. We were trying to eat in the car, now there is oil or juice or whatever it is all over my middle console. One bowl was not exactly what we ordered so I took it back in, and after talking to 3 separate, mostly disinterested employees, I bought some bread to turn the ingredients into a sandwich. Not enough napkins, and no menu posted before I reached the guy in the drive thru taking orders on his handheld pad... I don't come so often that I already know what I want.... Id like to see the menu first.
