Probably, the server she talk to could have forgot about it. Another server pass by and she requested again and got her hot water in just 3mins.

I came back again recently and am honestly really disappointed in myself for not coming here every time I want ramen. I had been to a ton of different places in LA county and they never really left me satisfied. Kitakata has to be one of the best places to eat ramen in the LA/OC area. It is a little pricey but the quality of the food and portions are spectacular. The Umakara Tan Tan was phenomenal, every spoonful was packed with flavor, the spice was on point and the noodles were so smooth and tender. It had the right amount of everything and the added soft boiled egg was the cherry on top. The service is also great as we were seated in less than ten minutes despite there being a lot of people and our food was out just as fast. It is a great place to come have dinner especially during the cold winter weather we have at night. I expect to be coming back here a lot more often during the coming months!

Well, not here. The creamy vegan Ramen was amazing. Rich flavor. My daughter and her friends loved their Ramen as well.
