- AGAlex grant2 days ago1.0Absolutely terrible! I have a 13 Hour drive just wanted to grab some quick food. I placed my order at 10:20 and they were supposed to open at 10:30. I waited outside and even knocked on the door while the staff stare at me very rudely until 10:45 I went next-door to Jersey Mike’s. A refund was issued after I called to complain. I then left Jersey Mike’s with my food after five minutes and the people were still waiting outside chipotle. Absolutely ridiculous.

Better training needed, I love chipotle, not this location anymore!

They didn't give me the food although i showed them the app on my phone and they confirmed everything was correct. They told me in a bad attitude as well, repeating the same thing that they can't do anything about it. I had my whole family wait for me in the car during this incident. i order from this location regularly. im so disappointed at how chipotle handles these incidents and treats their customers.

Reached out to corporate, simply no feed feedback. Chipotle going down every year. After 2015 salmonella breakout, double their prices. Manager trying to squeeze out of customers whatever they can to show upper management that store is doing good revenue. ABSOLUTELY ripping off customers. What if something happens to customers while consuming food and dont get water as they cannot pay for it. CHIPOTLE needs to care about customers. 2015 salmonella infections , passing cost to customers and showing management for revenue.
