  Service sucks. Very cold demeanor and once we were served she disappeared and literally been sitting here half a hour waiting to get our check.

  My wife, my daughter and I decided to eat dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings located On the Mall in Buena Park. It was the first time we had ever visited this particular location and we are sad that we hadn’t gotten there much sooner. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome, and seated immediately. We observed that the restaurant was extremely clean, enormously spacious, and all the staff members were busy ensuring patrons had what they needed. This was an excellent sign that the experience would be nice. Our server was Jaqueline and she was terrific! She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and efficient! She made sure that our orders were correct and that we had anything else that we wanted to make our dinner memorable. My wife ordered Cheese Curds and French Fries which she thoroughly enjoyed, and my daughter had the Ultimate Sampler. She was also pleased with her selection and loved her food. I had Pretzels, and later added a Cheeseburger and Fries. All of our orders were freshly prepared and delicious! Thanks Jaqueline for everything! You were awesome! As we were finishing our meal we got a visit from the manager Paul. Initially we thought we would get the rudimentary “ how’s your meal spiel” and there was a tiny, teeny bit of that, but there was so much more on deck and we were here for all of it! Paul was an unassuming, professional, kind, and courteous restaurant manager; but more than that, he was a really great person and wonderful human being to boot! He asked about our lives and was kind enough to share with us about his own. We learned that he was from Australia, happy and very astute in the fine arts of music! He shared a bevy of knowledge about various artist covering several different eras and it was quite impressive to behold. It was a nostalgic trip down memory lane, and we left the restaurant smiling and feeling fantastic about our chance encounter with Paul. Thanks for a fun and relaxing time Paul and for sharing your story with us! You are one-of-a-kind, and we can’t wait to visit your establishment again to reconnect with you! Until then, keep giving those great vibes, and making folks feel at home! We highly recommend this establishment for great food, good fun, and wonderful fellowship, which is hard to find these days!

  Always send incomplete order if it’s delivery. This is the last time I buy from This places and I did went back to let them know once again they didn’t send my drink. Last time was potato wedges and another time my drinks.

  Went there last week with my family, I payed IN CASH, The bill was 50 something doallrs, they charged the card they had in their system 100 bucks more!! We were literally the only ones there and they made that big of a mistake! What a joke, never going there again, (food was good but cmon!!)
