  You can't get help with this place at all. All the employees who worked today are not approachable and all they do is goosip when there is no customer.When I followed up if anyone would help me ,he snap at me and told me that they are still shopping for it.This is not the first time,that's why I decided to post this I visited again Saturday 2/28 around 6:45pm totally different experience from one of your staff members name Audrey.I hope I spelled that right.She is hassling ,got my order ahead of time and very friendly. There is a another staff that doesn't seems to be happy there everytime I visit your location.He is bagging order and taking off the trash.He doesn't say hi or thank you or acknowledge anyone. Also,this guy I think his name is Rene he also unhappy and seems to be complaining to his co worker all the time. Perhaps need to be re train and hear them out.Is contagious when you have unhappy workers. Again, Audrey is Awesome and makes a big difference with my visit.

  I usually go to this location pretty often as I live nearby and I’d bring my own bags or when I don’t bring it I’d ask the staffs who are very nice there at self-checkout for bags because I already know how many paper bags I’d use. However, today happened to be the day this girl just had to give an attitude about it. I asked for 3 paper bags and she said Next time just check out before asking for paper bags, “Don’t make it a habit okay.” No please, no kind and polite wordings nothing. Then my husband asked, don’t make it a habit you said? Then she added, yeah my other co workers would probably not give you the bags beforehand. Well, all her other co workers have been so nice in giving us bags before we check out if we asked. All we want to do is make this whole check out process fast, my husband checks out and I’d bag them. Albertsons, if you are afraid of people stealing your low quality paper bags so much then please have someone monitor them properly. There is no need in giving us attitudes and train your staffs properly to be more polite when talking to customers. If anyone ever decided they want to steal bags, they probably would not steal these low quality paper bags that the handles rip before reaching the parking lot or the bottom of the bags fall apart because they forgot to double or triple bagged their groceries. This happened today at around 9ish am. It's always nice to be kind and polite. Thank you.

  $5 Friday is the best. Very organized and clean. They are always stocked up on sale items, with signage so easy to locate the specials.
