  This will not be my official number one go to Pollo loco and I go to many different ones but this one by far had the best service no questions asked just gave me what I asked and I received thank you so much for the pleasant experience I definitely will be back! I wish I could give more than five stars! Shoutout to the Manager wish I knew his name thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  So me & 2 others went last night I wanted the buy 1 get 1 burrito deal 1st time ever I actually remembered about burrito day. I must say 2 things very un happy with i didnt get the small salad asked for & the sides for on both burritos, I didnt open or notice til got home 25 min later; I left-kept bag tied so to keep it warm. I got store # tried calling closed no answer. I really want my salad & ate burrito w/ no sides Not good Disappointed BUT everything else was good this location has forgotten stuff in my order before its the 3rd time now- I never complained cause not close to the store but I hope i get my sm. salad, dressing & my sides for the 2nd burrito tomorrow. A 25 min drive but feel orders should be done right & recieve what's ordered/requested. NO Napkins - and NO Reciept either. Lol. People were nice clear speaker to order n hear the drive thru time wasnt bad. Like how its always clean around building out side. Just the few (3x) Issues with orders incomplete recieved. Out of many done correctly. Just needs some attention for someone who isnt close to the location.

  So sad that the chicken is not the same as it use to be. The last three visits the chicken has been dry and the taste is not as flavorful. Even the salad dressing is lacking the usual flavor. What happened?
