  I came in before 9 on a Friday night and they were out of chips (how can you be out of chips?), veggies and some drinks. When I asked for a substitution or discount for the kids meal because there was no chips they flat out said no. The trash cans were overflowing and the workstation was dirty! Then when I ordered a chicken quesadilla with chicken they tried to charge me extra for the chicken! When I pushed back that it isn't extra, it's just the chicken from my quesadilla on the side they then shorted me on my order. My last visit to this location was disappointing and I hope this one would be different, unfortunately it wasn't. The only positive was that the chicken tasted good!

  I had a really frustrating experience at this Chipotle Mexican Grill location. I’m very particular about my portions, especially protein, and I simply asked for my chicken to be weighed to match the standard 4 oz serving. The employee even admitted there was a scale available, but refused to use it and brushed me off because there was a line. This isn’t the first time either—I’ve had a similar issue here before with inconsistent portions and no effort to correct it. I understand things can get busy, but completely refusing a reasonable request while acknowledging the tool is there is poor customer service. If customers are paying for a specific portion, there should be at least some accountability or willingness to make it right. Left feeling ignored and undervalued.

  the way I go out of my way to the other chipotle on Artesia and Bloomfield. they seriously make ur bowl RIGHT, this location is giving grumpy teenager who makes ugly bowls and barley any rice EVER 😭 gross location too. pls pls fix this. mind you, i'm a young person in service but omgg at some point you gotta have a standard.

  I ordered a steak burrito. The steak was chewy and it was pure fat. Very little meat mostly rice it was gross. Didn't even eat it all.
