Tell me. I went to get some free food. I paid for the food there. Okay. Then why do you say something wrong? This is not the first time. This is the second time she said something like this to me. Okay. So either take some action or give me a reply. What is my mistake?

(Nicole and Patricia I believe were their names).. beyond great customer service, fast and accurate, made sure my savings came off properly as I'm new to using the Safeway app.. I just wanted to let them know they did amazing even with customers complaining.. I believe the other checker was on lunch which was why there was only one (from what I over heard).. anyways these 2 ladies deserve something for their awesomeness! Love my neighborhood Safeway!!

Only one will be manned. To make it worse the express checkout is closed. Unfortunately it's not uncommon to find the waiting line will extend all the way to the back of the aisle. All this to maximize profits?! You'd think they'd be making enough profits with their exorbitant prices.
