After paying for my food, I noticed I had been overcharged for large fries and large drinks I never ordered. When I brought it to Sydney’s attention, instead of apologizing or explaining, she was dismissive and rude, saying, “Do you want your money back?” Another employee suggested letting me keep the cups and refunding part of the charge, but when I explained it was more than a dollar, Sydney aggressively took the cups back, threw them in the trash, and finally gave me a refund. When I asked for a manager, Sydney said she was the manager and rudely asked what the problem was. Later, I overheard another staff member pointing out that she had also given me the wrong fries. Only after checking my receipt again did I realize the full extent of the overcharge. Thankfully, the young man who was working stepped in, explained things clearly, and treated me with respect. He was the only positive part of this experience. Sydney’s lack of professionalism, poor communication, and dismissive attitude left a very negative impression.
