- CCCharlieDec 29, 20251.0Visited the Wingstop in Brentwood on Balfor Rd today around 8:00 PM, and it was the worst fast-food experience I've had in years. We were the only people in the entire store, yet there were just two employees: a gentleman at the counter who mumbled something unintelligible when we walked in and glanced toward a woman in the back. She was sitting there eating, stood up, and actually took the time to walk all the way to the front counter just to tell us she was on break. When I asked how long her break would be, she said 30 minutes, then turned around and walked right back to her spot to continue her meal. No one else was available to take our order, and they suggested we order online instead—like that's helpful when you're standing right there. We ended up walking out empty-handed. I'd rather grab frozen wings from Safeway and cook them myself than support a franchise this disorganized and rude. Zero effort from the staff, and it shows. 1/5 stars – avoid this location at all costs.

- DKD (Krown4d)Aug 15, 20252.0No matter what Wing stop you go to expect to wait 30 mins or more it doesn’t matter what you order. Service is always slow. Wings are okay and always overpriced. I make my own wings now with the Ninja crispy. Cheaper and fresher and can pick any sauce.
