In the meantime there are several other orders getting cold sitting in the counter. There are many employees working behind the counter, but no one seems interested in helping anyone. I am confused who runs this place at nights and management needs to step it up and do something. This is the most frustrating experience. I would have left if I hadn’t been blocked in by other cars and paid. To top it all off the food is cold and my order is wrong.

I think from now on I’ll go a little further to the Taco Bell that actually gets my orders right….
