  I ordered delivery through their app. I opened my burrito and took a few bites. It tasted fine (typical chipotle fair). However after I started unwrapping my burrito I found a massive gaping hole in the tortilla... To be clear this was NOT a rip. There was a semi circular hole about the size of the palm of my hand where the tortilla was just gone. There was no folded over tortilla either. It almost looks eaten or as if they used a tortilla that had a massive chunk missing prior to being rolled (again possibly eaten or just gross negligence?). Obviously, I was disgusted and I refused to eat it. I called the this Chipotle and asked for a manager (something I HATE doing). The manager kept cutting me off insisting it was a tear (even without seeing the pictures) and cutting me off telling me that they cannot redeliver to me. Redeliver?! I don't want to eat from that location again. This is bizarre and unacceptable. Either it's disgusting or it's gross negligence. The manager kept offering to remake the burrito and have me come and pick it up. So, you're telling me I have to; 1. Eat at a location I no longer feel safe eating at and 2. Eat the delivery fee and drive to their location after I have settled in for the night? I specifically asked if I could have two Entree vouchers that I could use at a different Chipotle location, one to cover the dinner I can't eat and the other to cover the cost of delivery. They said they would only replace the burrito. I'm disgusted especially because I have given them so much business with their over priced burritos. This is sad. I have ordered both pick up and delivery so many times since this location opened. At this point it's not just a "bad burrito" I feel disrespected and unappreciated as a customer.

  Service was absolutely horrendous. I show up at the pick up time sat in the drive thru pick up for 20 minutes, then once I thought I was given my food by the younger guy who had the foulest attitude I’ve ever seen at this chipotle I was given the wrong order so I drive back around to park to walk inside and grab my actual order I didn’t even get helped I had to walk up to a worker to notify them of my order issue and my order was sitting at the drive thru window.

  If you come here when the foods got off the grill it tastes so good when you dine in. I never recommend this place for take out it’s always a joke and that’s from my experience. Highly recommend when the foods hot, if it looks like it’s going low I wouldn’t recommend it.

  Out of all the chipotles I go to this is the one that by far gives the least amount of food in your bowl or burrito. Otherwise Chipotle is the bomb.
