Charging customers 15% to 50% more for the exact same menu items—and in some cases receiving smaller portions—is unreasonable and unacceptable. For example, a tub of cream cheese is priced at $7.39 here, while it’s around $3.89 at a corporate location. The Spicy Steak Asiago Bagel is $8.99 here versus about $7.99 elsewhere. There is no clear notice to customers that prices are higher due to franchise ownership. This lack of transparency is frustrating, especially when a corporate location with standard pricing is only 2-3 miles away. At a minimum, there should be clear signage informing customers that prices may differ. Without that, this pricing practice feels misleading and unfair. It is understandable to charge about 10% markup to pay for the franchise fee and advertisement, but not 15-50%.

The cashier at the front counter was extremely arrogant and seemed completely disinterested in assisting me properly. They didn’t even ask whether my order was for dine-in or take-out, and I ended up waiting for a long time without any clear instructions. In the end, I realized that no one had informed me that my food had been placed in a to-go bag, and they didn’t even bother to ask for my name. The whole experience felt disorganized and unprofessional, and it was honestly very frustrating.
