I went here and saw a man working there by himself old man couldn't speak English looked a bit dazed and he was using a knife on a sandwich to remove the tuna that the customer had said he didn't want - he didn't get the customer NEW bread - he used a knife to remove it and then put it back into the thing yuck! I won't go due to unsenatery reason and I saw it on another person's order so I am not going back they are gross and not safe!

After the worker continuing to ignore my order for three customers, "sorry, I'm the only one working, just a moment." That sounds like a you problem, not a me problem, especially as you are well and fully aware that most people get only 30 minutes for lunch. The sandwich was eventually made a minute or so later.
