The cashier at the front counter was extremely arrogant and seemed completely disinterested in assisting me properly. They didn’t even ask whether my order was for dine-in or take-out, and I ended up waiting for a long time without any clear instructions. In the end, I realized that no one had informed me that my food had been placed in a to-go bag, and they didn’t even bother to ask for my name. The whole experience felt disorganized and unprofessional, and it was honestly very frustrating.

She told me I could only use certain amount of almond milk for my drink. I told her there is no rules saying how much I should or shouldn’t use. She still insisted on the limited amount like she said. Today I went in to pick up the cold drink cup but decided to use my old hot drink cup instead for tea at night. She saw that I had two different cups she then immediately told me I cannot get cold and hot drink at the same time. I said to her I’m using the cold drink cup for something else and only got the hot tea and left. Super rude and unprofessional.
