When I complained how they seem to be out so often, the workers tried to tell me that the white rice IS the 'non cilantro' rice. While it is true that the white rice has less, it IS NOT without cilantro, and it only takes one speck of cilantro to ruin the taste for those who dislike cilantro's soapy taste.. They then tried to tell me to replace rice with lettuce, etc..., but all they had to say was, 'we're sorry, we will try better nxt time', instead of trying to change my taste! Why would it be so difficult to have extra plain rice? You can always put cilantro in when needed, but you can't take cilantro out! If you are not gonna cater to non cilantro lover, that's fine. Don't have it, period! But don't have it inconsistently!

I ordered the carne asada and was told it would be a 6 min wait and it was close to 18 mins. After the wait, I asked to just give me barbacoa instead, and all i got was attitude. Once at the cash register, there was nothing to the effect - "sorrry for the delay." My experience has been that they always run out of protein ( chicken, barbacoa, etc.) Seems like they do not plan for what they need to replenish.
