Though I have only gone to a handful, I probably would go more often if I were treated like a valued customer. However, the heavier Mexican male employee was extremely rude. When I asked for a cover, he said they didn’t have any. I then asked for a larger cup, and he said no again. Finally, when I asked for a bag, he tossed it at me without any courtesy. He didn’t say thank you or goodbye after I paid, and this isn’t the first time I’ve had a negative experience with him. His attitude is consistently unfriendly and unprofessional, which makes the whole experience very unpleasant.

The store had a variety of cakes to choose from; however, when asked to add and write on the cake the decorator stated, "I can put minimal additions on the cake because I cannot waste my time." One would think that customer service would be excellent, considering the price and availability of ice cream cakes in grocery stores and Walmart. That is not the case from my experience at this location.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
