Though I have only gone to a handful, I probably would go more often if I were treated like a valued customer. She also seems to enjoy working here, which isn't true of all employees working in the ice cream industry. Here's to hoping we get a chance to visit again soon.

- ABAerim ByunSep 2, 20251.0had a very unpleasant experience at this location. I ordered 3 scoops in a cup, and the female staff member who helped me at first was very nice and polite. However, the heavier Mexican male employee was extremely rude. When I asked for a cover, he said they didn’t have any. I then asked for a larger cup, and he said no again. Finally, when I asked for a bag, he tossed it at me without any courtesy. He didn’t say thank you or goodbye after I paid, and this isn’t the first time I’ve had a negative experience with him. His attitude is consistently unfriendly and unprofessional, which makes the whole experience very unpleasant.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, a heightened gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
